We often want things "like yesterday!" we want results and we want them quickly. Dont beat yourself up if you slip, patience will give you some peace-of-mind! and achieving your goals will

day, a week, or even a month. So be sure to set milestones that are achievable to ensure you remain motivated.
Understand that it takes time to reestablish your fitness levels and get

helping you stay motivated by ticking off each milestone as you achieve
